1776.06. how symbolic of my new-found freedom from those evil bastards at Visa/MC. in the black. outta the hole. i've viewed my credit card balance online about 52 times yesterday. $0. what a lovely number that zero can be sometimes.
"congratulations. i hope you find some way to celebrate," said the lady from the credit card company when i called to get my final balance.

Congratulations, Matt! I am so proud of you (and a little jealous), you're back to being poor! I can't wait to be poor again, instead of poor and swimming in debt, although, the pool is getting shallower...
